My experience was really great. Wasn't sure what to expect but after speaking with Adam I believe on the phone I felt much better. Ginger was the cleaner who was so so nice and very accommodating when my apartment wasn't 100% ready. But she did a great job and everything went so well. I definitely recommend them of your looking for a great price and great friendly service.
Megan did a great job cleaning the house. She was especially great about working around my 2 small children who are always underfoot. We will definitely be using Austin's Maid Service moving forward!
My experience was wonderful. The employee Austin's Maid Service sent over to help me clean after my mother's passing was delightful, hard working and sincere. Austin's Maid Service has been coming to my house weekly for over four months. Obviously that shows how very pleased I am with the quality of the work. Their very efficient and well trained staff arrives on time ready to make my home shine. They literally begin at the crown molding and work their way down. The biggest problem in my home is the large amount of hair shed by our beloved Lab. Oh this cleaning service is excellent! The staff is friendly and most efficient! The housekeeper has great skills and is thorough and fast. My house was full of dog hair, etc and she came in and made it all feel like new. I can't wait to see her face at my front door again! I highly recommend Austin's Maid Service!
I really appreciate Austin Maid Service coming to my son's college apartment to do a much needed deep clean. We were very pleased with the service and the cleaner onsite was extremely helpful with organizing my son's trail of school paperwork, etc.. We will definitely use the service once classes resume in the fall!!
Extremely professional and very thorough. Better service and better price than many other comparable services. You always speak with Adam for scheduling or any other manners. His level of service is top notch.
Austin Maid's Service has done a great job week in and week out. They have been very respectful and accommodating from Day 1. Our condo always look amazing after the cleaning and they do a great job of cleaning the hard to get to spots that can be very frustrating to try and clean on your own. I look forward to continuing to working with them in the future.
First maid service I have used and I was really impressed. Our apartment looked better than the first day we moved in. I would definitely recommend this service to others and will use it again.
