Hands down, Austin's is a 5 ⭐️ star, top notch, fine dining experience. My Family will continue to patron this establishment for years to come. Over the last 4 years Austin's has really stepped up their game to provide quality customer service with exceptional food and beverage. Not my first time to Austins but will be my last. Waiter who stated he was also a manager has no business in customer service. First tried to rush us to put our order in because "the kitchen is backed up. Brought salads way before appetizers (not that big of a deal), never asked if we wanted more drinks, however came back to tell us we couldn't have what we ordered and responded by "what do you expect on a holiday weekend?" The best food in incline village! Gourmet comfort food at its finest.
I have been going to Austins for over 7 years... It is comfort food at it's finest! Coupled with GREAT � drinks and a welcoming environment! Don't expect a huge menu, just good Kansas/Texas/California food (fried chicken, chicken fried steak, ahi tuna, great salads and sandwiches) in a comfy Sierra mountain restaurant �!
Delicious food and wonderful service. Highly recommend eating here if you're in the area.
