My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jason Bernknopf. He did an excellent job with us getting acquainted with the Austin area and the various neighborhoods. We had no idea what we wanted in terms of a home and he took the time and a lot of effort to narrow our search down and get us the exact home we wanted. Even when we don't know exactly what we wanted. If we ever look for another home, Jason will be our first and only call.
I recently had the opportunity to use Jason as my realitor in Austin. He was well prepared, easy to work with and new the city well. He was willing to spend as much time with me and my family as needed. We never felt any presure to do something that we wern't fully committed to - he took as much time with us as needed.
Jason helped me sell my house in Austin. I had to move out of state for my job, so the timing of everything was a little stressful. Jason was able to get me the price I wanted in the time I needed. The transaction was about to fall apart, but Jason was able to find a way to make all parties happy. I highly recommend him to anyone thinking about buying or selling in Austin. His honesty and integrity could not be matched.

What can I say? Jason is an terrific real estate agent who really knows what he is doing. Confident and focused, but far from cocky, Jason is a true professional. I felt as if I was in very good hands and had nothing to worry about after putting my house on the market with his help. He guided me through the entire process and I feel I am getting a great price for my home.
Honestly, I thought I was going to lose a lot of money when I put my house on the market in 2012. We kept hearing so much about how the housing market went downhill after the bubble burst, I really expected to barely break even. After meeting with Jason Bernknopf, I learned more about the Austin market and the possibilities that were available to me. I also learned how to prep my house to make it more appealing to possible buyers. I didn’t just break even, I made some money of the sale of my house. A good outcome for sure.
Did a deal with Jason B. I was blown away by this guy. Not only is he easy going and friendly, but he is pretty much a genius when it comes to understanding the Austin real estate market and negotiating a great deal. Jason is AMAZING. He was great about asking the right questions to find out what we wanted. He was very communicative and available whenever we needed him. He also made sure to show up great houses. He has a lot of insights on areas, prices, neighborhoods, etc that came in handy. One of the biggest assets he could provide though was insight into the costs associated with new homes. Jason Bernknopf helped us purchase our first home last year. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods we were interested in, and was very patient as we looked at 20 or 30 houses to help narrow down the features we were seeking in a first home. He was also very knowledgeable about the construction process and gave us lots of great insights into which homes were well made, and how easy or difficult it would be for us to change specific features within various homes.
