We had a great experience at Austinite Auto! Sam and Anna were very responsive and helpful through the whole process. They made the entire process very quick, efficient, and painless. They also had a great price on a quality vehicle, and it was a totally no pressure sales experience. (This was an obvious contrast with our experience at other used car dealers.) Sam was conscientious to share the available history on the vehicle including the carfax, before I even asked.

They sold me a really bad car. Paid $600 to fix it 2 weeks later i bought it
I would give them a zero if that was an option. I called them and made a deal with them on a vehicle. I live over an hour away and while I was on my way to pick the vehicle up, they texted me and said they were selling the vehicle. When I called them about it, all they would say was I'm sorry. These people are sorry and only care about selling the vehicle to the highest bidder. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
