Current client here and everyone from the front office up to the vets are absolutely amazing and very kind and friendly.
We camp 10 minutes from the clinic. Our dog was having problems, my husband googled for clinics nearby, read reviews, and we ended up there. Our dog had several things going on that involved multiple visits, and even though we told Dr Paulic she would only be taking care of Sana during the summer, she took great care of our dog, and faxed everything to our long term vet.

We recently lost our boxer Miya and it was absolutely horrible. I called last minute to austinburg to see about getting her in and they made it possible. They showed care and compassion, they truly went above and beyond. Thank you. I highly recommend them.
