Absolutely the tops! I'm an older man in his 70's and have had many good vets over the years. I rate the Austinburg Veterinary Clinic the very best for several reasons: My cat George was hit by a car and had a broken jaw. The Austinburg clinic took George in immediately as an emergency. A staff member Debbie was great explaining to me the situation about George, as I believed that once a cat's jaw was broken that he'd have to be put down. Awesome staff and doctors. My kitty had an abscess right by his eye. Even though they were booked and double booked they took Pooh Bear in. They were all great. Talked with the techs, doctor and receptionist....everyone was great! They all loved Pooh Bear! Thank you all for taking such good care of him.
Have always been very polite, caring and interested in your pets. Whenever I have called my needs have been met in a very timely manner. Great support team!
when I called to make my cat an appointment, I was met with a very disrespectful woman. she apparently "couldnt understand what I was saying" I literally had to SPELL everything out for her. I will not trust a clinic that cant listen to the owners.
They have alwaaaays gone above and beyond for my animals. They truly care about you and your babies. I drive an hour each way to bring my babies to see the amazing people who work here. Always and forever will be a guest, and recommend them!
