The entire staff at this office is absolutely fantastic!
The entire staff (including Becky and Susan) are the best. They are compassionate and provide options when your pet isn't up to par. I always ask, "what would you do if it was your dog, I always feel more comfortable with my decision. The vets always take time with you. They never rush you out of the exam room. even whe I moved an hour away, I still brought my dogs to Austinburg Veterinary Clinic. It's well worth the trip!

They have always been wonderful with all of my pets and treatments necessary to keep them healthy and have always been there when my animals were sick or having health problems. They take time to go over everything with you on how to administer meds and answer all of your questions. I feel so lucky to have them and my animals love them. They do not mind going to the vet they are treated so well there. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the best and the rest of the office staff.
RecommendedI had a dire emergency for a kitten about 3 years ago, his name was fuzzy, he was white with peachy Orange ears. he was approxmately 9 weeks old when he came in, I was told he was older than that by the person I got him from and he had a horrible reaction to flea medication. he had tremors bad and I woke up to him seizing on my chest. if it wasn't for this clinic, their amazing Dr and staff, my fuzz wouldn't be alive today. the Dr cared so much she took fuzzy over night into her own home to monitor him herself to make sure h... read more

This has to be the most caring vet office we’ve ever encountered. We took our animals to another clinic faithfully for years until they were bought out by a corporation and our neighbors told us about this place. Both vets and ALL of the techs we’ve encountered have been amazing. They really love the animals and have a passion to care for them. We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received between our two dogs and two cats. I would recommend everyone take their animals to this place!!
