Well, we had lots of Knotty Alder shutters put in our windows on the front of our house and in our den. They look so great w the Monterrey stone on our home and makes the den so cozy as well. We used the heat blocking black out Duette shades on windows in my husband’s Office because the west facing direction is so hot. It has reduced the heat in that room 100%.
