Jason and Manny were great. Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
We had a difficult area on our back patio we wanted protected from the sun. We had worked with Lori on a previous indoor project. Lori and an installer came to the house and took measurements. After much discussion, she gave us recommendations and a proposal. We are pleased with the end result and Lori for her professionalism and patience.
I bought a house with Hunter Douglas blinds from Austin Window Fashions, so I'm stuck with them, but you don't have to be. Hunter Douglas, and Austin Window Fashions in particular, have an ego. They act (and cost $$$$) like you're buying a Ferrari, but they deliver a Nissan. If you buy from this company, I hope you never have an issue with your shades (which you will, because they're Hunter Douglas).
