I had a Da Vinci Sacrocolpoperineopexy, hysterectomy and mid-urethral sling treatments. The procedures were explained in great detail and ever thing we talked about was also documented in writing which I appreciated because it is a little overwhelming. The staff from Maranda who always handled my check ins to Kristen who was my primary physician assistant throughout the entire process of getting ready for the surgery to the follow ups and regular appointments always made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend. Dr. Shashoua and ALL his staff are friendly and helpful. (we even giggled a lot!) Worked with me on times because I am almost 100 miles away. Explained the procedures in terms that I could understand. Worked very hard to control pain and discomfort after surgery. After my first visit, Dr. Shashoua said that they would call the next day to see how I was doing-----he called!! Now that is a first!

Thank you to Dr. Shashoua and staff for the wonderful care prior to and after my surgery. For the first time since having my children, almost 46 years ago, I am able to eliminate normally! I am looking forward to a much healthier life!
My surgery was well done and Dr. Shashoua's staff took very good care of me. Everyone is competent, and addressed all my concerns immediately and appropriately. The suite of offices and exam rooms is very pretty and comfortable. I never had to wait for my appointment.
So I was recommended to Austin Urogynecology by a friend when I had something that I wasn't sure what it was on. Through self diagnosis I had a feeling and the first visit Kristin confirmed. From that first visit everyone there took the time to explain everything and tell me they would take care of me and they did! Such amazing staff down to the billing department! The staff is friendly and quick to respond when you have a question. After my surgery I was at home and troubled something was very wrong. I called after hours and Kristin immediately called me back. I was not only relieved that everything was normal, but followed what was directed and felt better the next morning. I highly recommend Dr.Shashoua and his staff.
Best office ever. From the time you walk in until the time you walk out. I highly recommend.
