I called Austin TX Water Damage to dry and restore our basement due to flood that was caused by our dishwasher in the basement. Company representative gave a thorough look at our house from top to bottom and told us no work was needed, just regular settlement of our house. Appreciate their honesty...will use them if we ever need future waterproofing of our basement.
There was water damage that affected the carpet, baseboards, and bottom of the walls. Austin TX Water Damage technicians came to our house and removed all of the baseboards and dry wall to properly dry the area. Since we had not noticed the water for a few days there was mold that began developing. They removed the mold and disinfected the entire room. They also took out the carpet and under pad to replace it with all new carpets. Amazing job and highly recommended.
I was really impressed with the service I received from Austin TX Water Damage. They were out at my house within an hour of calling, and got everything all set up to dry my carpet.
