Total garbage. First off there was no one in the reception lobby at 215pm today. Just a paper with a writing "please call 512- - - for assistance" on the door. So I call to be checked in and a woman answers. Little did I know that it was the worker sitting in her car in the parking lot (white Nissan) playing on her phone rather than sitting in the lobby.
