Bought a car for my daughter. Had to wait 2 days to get it because tires had to be replaced, heat didn't work. Then took it back for an inspection a week later, which took them 9 hours to complete. They said they also replaced the battery, which was a lie because there's an old battery in it. They just disconnected it so the check engine light wouldn't come on before I pay for it.
