YIKES! David and his "team" are rude and passive aggressive. I am completely floored by the way they speak to potential tenants. He had an answer for everything and instead of apologizing and trying to amend the situation he made excuses for his team and himself and tried to blame us for his mistakes. They misspelled names and email addresses and then pointed to poor penmanship which is laughable at best and also horribly immature. Save your time and your money. I wish I would have listened to the reviews left about David and Austin Rent A Home. They are impossible to get on the phone and don’t reply to repair request and David will give you every excuse when you ask how someone who’s been in business for 15 years could have such horrible customer service. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. They will ignore you and your maintenance request. Currently we’ve requested our hot water heater air conditioning dishwasher garbage disposal and locks be repaired but it’s been almost a month and no repair... read more
