RecommendedDr. Too has been absolutely phenomenal through this pregnancy! My last pregnancy was with a different clinic, high risk and TERRIBLE. This time with Dr. Too she is taking every imaginable precaution and I couldn't be more grateful! This pregnancy has been a breeze with her as my doctor!
I love seeing my OBGYN here. My OBGYN is Dr Sonja Yoo. She made everything as painless as possible and very sweet. She was great when I was pregnant last year and answered all questions that I had as I wasn't induced like I was with my first pregnancy, so a bunch of questions towards the end of it. I just had my annual check yesterday and the nurse and Dr Yoo both were sweet and asked how my girls are. And very encouraging.
I always have a great experience here at ARC. My doctors and nurses are kind, caring and never make me feel rushed. Plus I love the mychart app which makes booking appointments and asking follow up questions a breeze.
Really just awful experience. Long waiting, extremely poor communication and when I finally decided to leave they wanted to charge me $76 to get my medical records faxed to my new office. Absolutely ridiculous.
I am extremely unhappy with these people! They could definitely use some customer service training!
