First time going here and was establishing care as a new patient, waited 45 mins in the waiting room, then finally after getting pulled back still ended up waiting another 30 mins to see the dr, and was not too happy with him either. Not one person communicated with me about my wait time or better yet apologized for the wait time. I was not pleased with my first impression of the family practice at ARC Kyle and have decided to find somewhere else to establish care.
Good people friendly. Easy breezy in & out. The longest it took me was filling out paperwork. Answered my questions as we went.
My daughter made a next day appointment we went everyone was great. Saw the doctor she has the flu doctor listen to my daughter on what she was feeling and test her and she has the flu. Everything was done in timely matter.
Very nice people and every understanding! I love that i didnt have wait that long to see a doctor for my son!
I love Dr. Worrall she been my doc for 8 yrs. She a very busy doc. But I can called for appt with in a day or two. She good diagnosing the problem.
Always easy to get an appointment. My doctor, Dr Raul Ramirez is the best!
Dr. Sandra Worrell is a very unethical doctor who should have her licensed revoked. I have filed a complaint against her with the Texas medical board for negligence towards one of my family members and for the way she treated me as a patient.
