I arrived at the ARC After Hours Clinic about 30 minutes before the doctors were to arrive, but when I was going through intake and explained my problem (that my 4" incision from a surgery one week prior was bleeding), a nurse quickly took me back and looked at the problem, she said that I'd be seen by a doc asap, and that's exactly how it went. The doc was wonderful and thoroughly explained why it was happening and how to treat it at home. I highly recommend ARC Kyle!!

been going to ARC many years an I always get treated great. Staff is professionAl an i get some sort of resolution. sometimes the wait is long, but if u communicate to FO they will check on the status I appreciate the docs an staff!! Thank u for the convienance ARC!
Our daughter was brought in for what was diagnosed as a urinary tract infection. The doctor called in a prescription that does not exist with the dosage she prescribed. We called the after hours office to get this resolved and we were told they had left a message with the pharmacy with correct prescription. The next day Walgreens said they received no correction. Had pharmacist call and she was on hold for 25 minutes, only to be told that someone would call back with a correct prescription. Still nothing. Unacceptable. After... read more
Dr. Gilmore is a wonderful doctor. Has made my quality of life so much better. Never rushes me..truly concerned about my health. The nurses..lab personal and people at the check in desk are always helpful and friendly..treat me with respect. Everyone always has a smile.
