I went to see Dr. David Gray for some back pain I’ve been having. When I explained to him what’s been going on he looked at me like I was crazy and was only there for the pills. He sends me home with a steroid pack and told me to do yoga. Well what he didn’t check was my chart. Cuz the steroid pack he gave me, f**ked me up in the head. Went to Medsprings and the doc there tells me the steroid pack DR. David Gray gave me counteracts with the pills I’m already on. I enjoy coming to see all the great doctors but making an appointment is a nightmare, I called yesterday about 4:45 and was placed on hold by Anita who stated she was a nurse for 30 minutes then was transferred to Tyisha who advised someone would call me in the morning and I would still be waiting had I not called myself this morning. ARC customer service really needs improvement!!!!
Fewer patients per doctor per day, give doctors more time (unlimited!) for patients.

RecommendedWith my regular doctor booked up, I saw Dr. Fincken for a broken finger. Even though the clinic was swamped that day he took plenty of time with me to explain everything, review the X-rays, discuss treatment plan, and re-assure me about my concerns. He was confident yet not condescending. I felt like I got excellent care. Dr. Fincken's nurse was also a pro. Great experience!
