Molly has helped me, a few friends, and my parents with apartment rentals and house sales, and most of that was while raising a new born. Molly is fast, always on the ball, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. She will let you know if what you are asking for is not market feasible and that goes a long way in satisfying expectations.
