This review is intended to warn future buyers. We were connected to this brokerage through Zillow and expected professional buyer representation. After minimal early involvement, agent engagement dropped off almost entirely. I personally located the new construction home, coordinated appointments, managed communication with the builder, and handled the transaction myself for several months.
