ReSpace, ManagePro and any other organization involved are actively trying to find ways to take money from tenants. This management comes up with charges without any notice, communication and for cases that are completely outside of a tenant's responsibility. This agency will for sure get in trouble if sued due to many vague and unreasonable clauses and charges to the tenants. There is very poor communication, maintenance requests have gone completely ignored, a payment failed to go through and they waited over a week to inform after racking up late fees. The website is not very user friendly, and I’ve received emails for other properties. Very frustrated with the lack of diligence.

I have been using Austin Property Management to rent my house out for me for over a year now. I live out of State and it is so reassuring to know my house is being managed by a company that provides high-level service so I do not have to be worried about my place.
