There is very poor communication, maintenance requests have gone completely ignored, a payment failed to go through and they waited over a week to inform after racking up late fees. The website is not very user friendly, and I’ve received emails for other properties. Very frustrated with the lack of diligence.

I have been using Austin Property Management to rent my house out for me for over a year now. I live out of State and it is so reassuring to know my house is being managed by a company that provides high-level service so I do not have to be worried about my place. They do thorough back ground checks on potential tenants that also include credit check. They were able to get to top dollar rent on my place. 100% please with the service I am getting.
We've been tenants under Austin Property Management Pros for over 6 years and they have been wonderful to deal with. Every issue we have had with the property had been dealt with in a very timely manner. We have had to break our lease due to purchasing a new home and they facilitated our move out with the landlord and made it as easy as possible. Due to the stress of buying a house we were so worried about what to do. They helped and guided us through everything. Thanks for the 6 years.
