The driver was 30 minutes late - showed up with no apology and didn't say a word. We were late for our VIP part of the party and we were brought back early and the company didn't offer refund because of the driver being late and we missed the best part of the party. Not happy with them at all.
Had a horrible experience with this company. Got a limo for my sisters 21st birthday. One the drive made me car sick. And two the customer service was horrible before, during and afterwards. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you are looking for a limo or car service in the Austin area I would recommend Uptown Transport a lot better customer service!
Don't use. We rented a limo and driver was 20 minutes late. Air condition broke handle fell off. Driver talked to us the whole time. Almost ran into the ditch. Charged a 200 tip without telling us. We asked for a partial refund and they said had to let them know within 24 hours. Told them we had death in family. Another family member a heart attack and all they would do is give a credit and we don't live in Austin. Don't use them. Nice vehicle. Very nice and professional driver. Their customer service, planning, and communications are very weak. Many missed targets on our planning.
Very reliable and dependable company on time and professional also affordable I say that everyone should try Prestige once you won't be disappointed! !!!
