Do NOT do any business with this garbage company. We requested a limo but had to cancel due to a horrible accident. They wouldn't answer or reply to emails even though we were told we would get a call back. They refused to give us a refund even though our contract said nothing against refunds from cancellations. This isn't how you run a business.
I do not recommend this company to ANYONE. If I could give zero stars, I would. The lack of communication is horrendous and good luck trying to get ahold of anyone to help you. We had to cancel our service due to an unforeseen TRAGIC accident. I have been given the run-around for days now, before they finally told my husband they could only reschedule. I never agreed (verbally or written) to a no cancellation policy. Save yourself a headache, and find another service.
So my sister got a limo for one of our other sister's but a tragic accident happened so we had to cancel. My sister wanted a refund (still wants it!!) And they told her the manager would call Monday, well that never happened. She has emailed and called multiple times and no one is answering which is very unprofessional. We could not help what happened and we can not reschedule because none of us can due to the incident. It was a lot of money spent and we don't want to just through it away!!
