We were without water from the night before. Called first thing the next morning, tech arrived 3 hours later. We just had to wait for them to run a part to the house and about an hour later, we had water again. Great first impression of this company, signed up for Club Austin, and we will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks Team Austin!
