Very impressed with Austin!!! They were extremely responsive in being able to come out and quote the job within a day. Sam came out, was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The quote was reasonable with helpful options. Sam come back out in 36 hrs and did an amazing job in removing our broken water heater and installing a new tankless system in a day. Great quality install from a solid, honest, person, that I learned to trust. All I can say is that doesn't happen by accident, it happens by design and with purpose.

For the second time this year I had to call Austin for plumbing issues.After my initial call back in February, they sent out Luke K, who is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He talked me through the issue and how he could help fix it. Everything was fully explained, with pictures given and a write up of what was done. Sump pump installation. Pump and new check valve itemized cost of $250 retail. Installation cost $1034.00. Over $750 labor cost for approximately 1.25 hours work. No discounts offered (senior, military retiree etc.)
