If you are searching for a palliative care facility I strongly suggest you keep searching I have been with this palliative care service for almost 2 years . It started off as a pleasant experience ,and has turned into an Ultimate Nightmare. It's always ends in arguments. The doctor will not even listen pĺhis word is God they change your medication without notification and do not return phone calls within the allotted amount of time. Just looking at their reviews having only four I think they are fake!

The medical director here and her team are amazing. I’ve just battled lung cancer for the second time and Anna Michelle NP has been a God sent angel during the last 6 months. Thank you again team 💜

When I reached out for a friend, Austin Palliative Care was extremely responsive and helpful. Initially, they helped my friend understand all of the resources available to her, and have been there for her every step of the way. During this difficult time, they have been professional, caring and attentive. Bryan, one of the nurses, went above and beyond to make sure she received top notch care and everything she needed. Austin Palliative Care is an outstanding service to those in our community needing help at the hardest time... read more
