I was literally off 1 day on my prescription and they wouldn't help me with a day extension to get lens online. They obviously worship money over relationships. One day. That was all. One stupid day. BTW There is no law saying they could not.According to my research, She could have written me a one-week extension, a one-month extension, anything — with a single stroke of a pen. There is zero legal, regulatory, or medical barrier to doing so. The law only states a one year minimum.
Dr. Pace and his staff are fantastic. Consummate professional while also bringing a familial and comfortable feel. 5 stars only because I can't put 6!
Our one-year-old needed glasses, and they understood his shyness and squirminess and took their time. They did a phenomenal job!
