Austin outdoor power sent me off with a faulty generator after spending 1500 on a echo i seen multiple mechanics looking at it before I left but they assured me everything was ok. Horrible customer service! Come here if you want to be talked down to and pushed aside. We initially contacted them as a reference from our warranty provider. As we were explaining who we were and what we wanted, Jeff or Deff (not sure since he mumbled his name) constantly cut in during our conversation and kept pushing us to come in, get charged $50 dollars for something we weren’t even sure would be covered under our insurance. El pésimo servicio que dan, pues ya de entrada no tienen ni el mas mínimo respeto para escuchar sin interrumpir a cada palabra que uno dice. Their customer representative was extremely rude on the phone. Instead of answering our questions in a calm manner, Jeff or Deff, continuously cut off our explications and was unwilling to answer questions. Instead of handing us off to another representative, like we requested, this employee felt the need to let us know that “this is America and I don’t care if you’re getting frustrated”.
