Great company! I’ve really enjoyed their service having them manage our properties
Lived in one of their properties for a little over a year. Kept home in decent condition and even cleaned the whole house myself before leaving. Kept more then half of deposit for the littlest reasons. $225 to replace a few light bulbs and remove a towel I forgot in laundry room. They will claim in lease that carpets are "professionally" cleaned and ask you to do it after moving out but my very first vacuuming upon moving in picked up TONS of dust and rocks.
