Decent enough if you have minimal service needed. It took 2.5 hours to have a check-up, digital x-rays, and a cleaning for $59. It was inexpensive, but I would not have serious work done there.
I'm glad I went back for my follow up. I'm so happy with the new hygienist, I think her name was Karen. Sorry I had a lot done today. I'm so pleased with her service and general care for her patients.
Terrible experience here. I’ve been a client for years. They canceled my last appointment with no notice. Claimed they couldn’t reschedule me until the end of March but new manager was able to get me in today. I walked out mid appointment. Had the toughest most unsanitary cleaning of my life. The hygienist touched the tools with her bare hands, let the tools touch her face and the chair, was bouncing the tools off my teeth, cut my lip open, and didn’t use the suction. Have had multiple issues with very rude front office employee Allie. Docs seem great. Especially Cockrell oral surgeon. But management does not deal effectively with problem employees. You should not have to be annoyed to no end when visiting any office. Dentist is stressful enough without having to get angry at a front office twit.
I needed an appointment with an Endodontist. They gave me an appointment with a dentist. Then because I had lost my ID they said they couldn’t prescribe pain meds. Must be a company BS policy. They screwed me twice. No cocktail. Never again.
