Great PT, very hands-on for at least 20-30 minutes or more. Elaine is especially thorough & incredibly knowledgeable regarding neck and migraine issues, but has helped with shoulder, arm, and even foot pain. Will go no where else for PT. Awesome group!!

Justin is a great physical therapist. He is very clear in describing treatment and cares about patient wellbeing. I have had lower back pain for a while before I started therapy with Justin and he has been very patient in talking me through treatment. Also the facility is well run and efficient.

Business response:

Thanks Barbara for the wonderful review of Austin Manual Therapy Associates - Far West. We think Justin is awesome too! We appreciate you taking time to leave your feedback and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

I'm working with Elaine Tsay after my knee surgery. She is by far the most competent, well trained, encouraging and committed physical therapist I've had in my 35 years as an athlete; runner, triathlete and mountaineer. The Manual Physical Therapy approach identifies dysfunctional movement patterns, helps you correct them, thereby reducing the likelihood of re-injury.

Business response:

Thank you so much, Priscilla, for sharing about your experience! We love the positive feedback and the heartfelt endorsement! Thank you for entrusting us with your care and for making AMTA/Elaine your preferred PT provider!

Julia at the downtown Austin location helped me recover from a severe shoulder injury. She is knowledgeable and taught me so much. I’m stronger. My range of motion is better and pain is drastically reduced. Now I have tools to improve on my own and skills to help relieve pain & inflammation when I need it. Very grateful.

James Harris (co-founder) is absolutely the best diagnostician I have encountered in the physical therapy field. When I had what many physicians and surgeons were convinced was a hernia, James was the first to correctly diagnose it as a groin injury and helped me rehab to 100%. Under his and also-excellent co-founder Benjamin Keene’s tutelage, many other skilled PTs work under the same guiding philosophies. Whenever a new injury arises, it’s a slam-dunk decision as to where to go back for the proper care.
