Horrible customer service from the owner, Greg. He’s rude & condescending. After my experience, I spoke with a neighbor who told me he’s heard nothing but negative reviews about this guy. Multiple stories of him driving away business, scaring off customers, etc. there’s another postal store in the area with far better service. I’ll never be back!
Great service! Greg is super friendly and cares about the customer experience. Every time I've done business here it has been smooth!
Greg continually amazes me with his sorcery! He always knows exactly what I need and takes care of every detail and has me in and out in a jiffy! Whether it's shipping large packages or mailing out thank you cards that I never got around to sticking a stamp on, he'll get it covered.
