Have had multiple issues with my fathers home. We contact them and nothing happens unless we bug them. The latest issue is with our plumbing in which both toilets are unusable making the house unlivable. They said they would send someone over the weekend and nothing not a word or an update on when someone would come. My father is an elderly veteran who pays his bills on time without fail you would think they’d treat their tenants better.

Typical shady broker in the real estate industry . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR VALUE BUILDERS Unethical and Deceptive business practices. Signed a contract almost a year ago and provided an earnest money deposit on a multi family unit that was supposed to be completed by January 8, 2022 ( their words in the contract ) It is now May 9th and building is not 100 percent completed. So far so good. Ive been with the property for 3 years and no complaints as of now. Have not had any major problems since my family and I starting leasing from them. Keep it up Lone Star Realty!!
