Explained everything in a way it was easy to understand.
Dr. Taylor had performed surgeries for a couple of my coworkers. He remembered both of the surgeries and even asked how they were doing. During my “pre-op” he gave me a ton of information to assist in deciding intricate details of my surgery. He was really an “all business” guy when it came to surgery day, and I really appreciated that about him. I would definitely recommend Dr. Austin Taylor to anyone nervous about a knee surgery.
He took the time to explain all my options not just what I wanted. He also helped me with pain management till I can make an decision. Good team work!

Doc was great articulating my opinions and generous with his advice concerning strengthening the muscles around my injuries. Great visit!
I had to wait a full two hours which was very difficult with my work schedule but Dr Taylor was informative and friendly. I do wish there had been a consult with my PT before the appt so he could have understood my recovery status and possible next steps.
Dr. Taylor really took the time to go over my case with me. He made sure I felt comfortable and wasn’t rushed. His explanations were super detailed and patient, and I really appreciated his kindness and dedication. He is a wonderful doctor!
The wait time for the appointment was one full hour and five minutes AFTER the appointment time. The check-in was belligerent, rude, vague, and we witnessed several arguments between staff. 13 years with McBride, and never have seen it like this.
