I have NEVER been so mistreated by a doctors office in my life. My tonsils are so swollen they’re touching and it’s extremely uncomfortable. My doctor said she would have my prescription called in within the hour yesterday at 9:40 am, it’s now the next day 10 am, call after call and it’s still not sent in, and I’ve been in pain for a whole day after my visit. I’ve been a patient at this location for years now! I truly love the doctors and nurses but recently found myself dealing with their office staff! Unfortunately, I’ve been emailing and calling the office staff since September regarding my FSA and it’s been the worse experience ever! I even called the office manager a week ago to get her involved and still no response! Everyone is great Here! My family and I have enjoyed coming to Austin Family Medicine. We have also enjoyed Amanda- The Nutritionist. She has helped our family and we enjoy coming to her visits!

Doctor Sneed and his team are great! Doctor Sneed is knowledgeable in so many areas and truly invested in his patients' overall health and goals. His team is professional go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable.
I'm a relatively new patient, and have appreciated the quick appointments, and thoroughness of the office. I am, however, less than impressed by the lack of patient facing technology, especially in submitting information and requesting appointments. The info submitted through the portal doesn't seem to make it to the nurse, and I've been able to schedule appointments on line with most physicians for many years now, so having to "phone it in" is a little inconvenient. I am surprised to read the negative reviews about the staff. I thought they were amazing! The front desk girl (natalie?) is the sweetest thing ever and I love Arlinda. I have seen Dr. Dale, who is great! My husband sees Dr. Sneed and is very happy with him. He originally was seeing Dr. Oubre and was disappointed when he found out he is no longer there but has had no issues with Dr. Sneed. We chose this office because of their more holistic approach. We are very happy with Dr. Sneed, Dr. Dale, and all the staff.
