Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
