No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
