As a first time renter, I have loved living at this complex so far. I’ve been here for over a year and did sign another lease. They were very nice and accommodating. I do enjoy working with Lorena more when I have issues, she’s kind, understanding and replies to me in a timely matter regarding any issues I have. Very disappointed with the accounting department. It’s been over six weeks since we moved out of the apartments, and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I was asked to submit the broken lease amount within 24 hours of giving notice, which I did promptly. Since then, there’s been no response from the accounting team. That kind of lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. Do not move here! Unless you liked to be constantly harassed by property manager have your car broken in or stolen and love roaches this place is for you! What a joke of a place. Never painted no walls or fixed anything in 10+ years have people living with no heat, bugs, roaches and termites patty (Lorena) is a slum lord very lazy the property needs to be torn down we were living with mold and showed them multiple times and Patty says it’s from not opening the window how when it’s in my bathroom where there is no window!
