Good quality
Poor value, not responsive, petty...
An administration fee on top of the standard application fee, but they want $100 for an admin fee and never bothered sending the application after quoting me $50 to fill out the app. Talk about nickel and diming squeeze a little cash out of people looking at an apartment that's likely not even on the market. You'd think a company this big wouldn't stoop to these levels. Slumlord with a review marketing team in India or something most likely. Good going, ACR.
