BEWARE WHEN APPLYING TO THIS PLACE!! FRAUD!! If I could give negative stars I would. Back in March of this year I had applied to an apartment here at Austin City Lights apartments, I was charged $65 for an application fee and separately a $210 admin fee that I was told if my application did not go through, I would be refunded.
