I moved to Philadelphia from Arizona this past July. Moving from out-of-state is never easy, especially from the other side of the country, but Austin was there every step of the way. From finding an apartment that worked well for my roommate and I, to making sure that everything was in order when we signed the renter's agreement, his prompt communication and professional insight allowed for an easy, hassle-free experience. Austin was a great agent who did his research when taking me around to see different locations, knew not just all the details about the condos themselves but also the building and surrounding neighborhood, and handled all the negotiations and details very well. He's also very friendly and easy to call up when you have questions or concerns.
