I've volunteered here for almost a year and from the very first day I started I felt welcome. The volunteer coordinators are amazing people who are very understanding and a ton of fun to be around. On top of that, the work I do can't really even be called work. For two hours all I do is play with children who are extremely smart, fun, and imaginative. The toys and games are ones I remember from my childhood so every time I go I feel like a kid again.
