There is an inaccurate rating and complaint on a google review left by a woman who is not commenting on actual services provided by, or her personal interactions with, the business Austin Centric Realty. Austin Centric Realty has no knowledge or involvement with her raised issues. Unfortunately google review has not rectified this error by removing this unrelated rating and review, although they have been notified of the error. Regardless, Austin Centric Realty wishes her the very best.

Wanda and Kevin will completely rip you off. Make sure you read every single sentence in the lease. They will charge you for everything. If a light bulb goes out, if you don't replace the oven filter, replacing the water filter, don't expect anything to be included. They will not maintain the house at all, it is all at the renters expense. The last two months we were charged between $300-400 in utilities which is DOUBLE what we usually pay due and we were given no explanation.
