I consulted with Dr Joshua Fox on November 20 2015 along with my wife Pamela about my right hip revision and after seeing several professionals by far Dr Fox stands above all the rest! Thank you Dr Fox.
Dr. was great, the staff, not so much. It's hard to get answers when you call in, it was near impossible to schedule an MRI and there was s time someone was helping me and left me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and then someone else put me on hold for 5 minutes. When I finally got someone on the phone she was rude and when I mentioned the wait she proceeded to say , well we have other patients, the phones are busy and my favorite, well I wasn't the one to put you on hold. The girl working the window today for Dr. Stephen Pierce obviously did not want to be there. I asked if they were running behind cause I had been waiting over 40 minutes and she was so rude. Your office needs to review the customer service potion of her manual.
