I just moved from this complex on October 31,2009. I was able to get my deposit back from them four months prior to moving out only due to the fact that my apartment was flooded after new sprinkler heads were installed in the units. I had given a 150.00 dep. and got a check for 135.00 after I complained to the coorpaorate offices for six weeks. they did nothing to help me get reimbursed by the company that installed the sprinklers and it took me six months to get things settled on my own and that was only after I filed court... read more
I have lived here for almost a year now and just renewed my lease. Office and maintenance staff are great! Very quite safe community.
I have stayed in these apartments for almost 2 years. I am so dissatisfied with how they handle things. They lost my money order when it was dropped in the drop box and gave me the run-around for several months as to how I can get that resolved. After staying in the apartments for four (4) days, my radio was stolen from my car. I have lived in these apartment for a little over a month now (which is why it gets 3 stars), so far so good. I was lucky enough to lease a unit that had just been remoldeled- new carpet, new wood flooring, new paint. I had some AC trouble the first week I was there but the issue was resolved rather quickly and I was reimbursed for the inconvenience. These apartments are really nice i have been living there for about 6 in half months. The one thing i must say is that it is a good area for children of any age to live not havimg to worry about what is happening and the noise level is really quite. Overall ill give it two or more thumbs up.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. It has been a nightmare in the whole process of getting an apartment. I still have not gotten my deposit back and I never even rented from them. The ladies seem nice on the phone but I believe them to be fake and running a scam on people.
Ive lived in these apartments for 2 years. When I first moved in i loved it. The area was decent, no crime and the pricing seemed fair. However, ever since they changed management companies it seems like the quality of people have gone down and they are slow to fix maintenance issues. probably typical stuff you would deal with in any apartment complex, but personally Ive had enough and Im ready to move.
I moved out this apatment 6 month ago, but I still didnt get my deposit.I think they never refund deposit.and also.,. their parking space is so small and too far from apartment.my car was towed on the first day when I bought a new car because office closed and I couldnt get a parking permit..Im still waiting for receving my deposit..
If youre an apartment dweller, this is a great place to live. The apartments are fairly new and in a beautiful area full of trees and horizons. It is also in a convenient location to highways and main streets, but without being too noticeable. The apartments are also built well with thick, insulated walls, and the floors dont creak and move when you walk on them, even when youre on the top floor. Its very peaceful.
