I worked with Christina and she was so great. This was my first time getting an apartment in Austin and she took the time to go over everything with me. We found the best place for me and my dog and she helped me get a free move. She even told me about some new home communities to consider when my lease is over. Let me say this: I am not an easy client. But I am appreciative! And Norma deserves KUDOS to the 10th degree! She's helped me get some of the best apartments in Austin so far!! I was moving from Los Angeles to Austin and needed a place to be ready by the time I got here...hence I needed someone I could trust. I was very happy with the speed that I was able find an apartment with the ageant but the follow up care was horrible. Customers are told that they will get a rebate after 90 days. I called several times about the rebate and kept getting told that it would take 90 days so when i called after 90 days I was told something else. I tried to contact them via email a couple of times also and never got an answer. I was very very disappointed. I dont advise using this company.

My experience with Austin Apartment Store in regards to my apartment seach was top notch. They first allow you to seach a very extensive database with thousands of pictures, floorplans and nararated video tours. They then followed up with me via email with the hottest move in specials in town. Then because I was coming from out of town they arranged a meeting point where one their friendly agents drove me around to each community that had the price and avalibility of what I was looking for in my new apartment.
