Poor customer service for online services. I was charged $98 for a service I don't remember signing up for and the customer service agents refused to help me stoo that payment. The "supervisor" I spoke to interrupted me and became aggressive when I asked where their call center was located. Please be careful signing up for trials. This should be illegal.
Their content is fine, but never have I dealt with such awful customer service people. Two separate people hung up on me because I didn't know which of our many phone numbers (business account) were associated with our account. Finally, I got someone to agree to not hang up on me. He located my account by using the account number, which I was able and ready to provide.
