Kind of remarkable how inept these people are. Almost actively trying to make the process difficult. Completely regret going through this company. Don’t let the property blind you, avoid Austin 360 at all cost.
This is absolutely the smoothest transition in!!!! The employees are all very helpful!!
In what is usually a long and hectic process, this company made sure that my transition was as smooth as it possibly could be. Everyone you encounter is super helpful and understanding, and were always there to answer any questions.
I usually read reviews in depth before making any decision, but strangely don't write many of my own. I didn't do that with Austin 360 Home. Had I, I may have never chosen them (even though I know bad reviews for small businesses need to be taken with a grain of salt). That's why I figured I'd toss a positive review into the mix.
