Everyone that works at Balcones is very nice and especially good at making people feel welcomed and at ease , even at the dentist ! Dr. Maddox and Dr. Lounsberry are both great and thoughtful and I am very glad that I chose Balcones family dental to help me .

You guys are great. I really love how friendly everyone is. When I went in, the front desk lady called my by my first name, which I like. I felt like everyone knew me. I was in there a few months ago for my son and I feel like all the people I spoke with then, remembered me. I love that!
This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the office staff and dental team! Everyone was very warm and inviting!
