Candice and Dr. Maddox did a great job calming my fears. I like how Dr. Maddox told me a couple of times how far along he was so that I was aware. Both were highly professional and made my experience much better than I anticipated!
Dental Assistant was very nice and empathetic to my situation. She as well as Dr. Maddox made me feel at ease during the appointment.

This is the kind of place I would have wanted to go when I was a kid. But that was sixty or more years ago.
Although I missed Suzanne, Leann gave a therapeutic cleaning. I felt like I could actually fall asleep as she flossed my teeth! Amazing. Props to Dr L and the team!
It was excellent, as always. I've been going to Balcones Family Dental for about 12 years, and I've never had a better dentist or been cared for by a better staff.
wonderful place! Dr. Maddox, LeeAnn and Staff are ALL great.
I think the service is great. I think there should be a better selection of wine available.
