Kris is attentive and always does a great job. It is always enjoyable talking with her.
The staff and doctors at this place are awesome!!!! My 7 year old and I go here and it's the best dentist we've ever been to. They're easy going and all seem to have fun at work and with each other. There was lots of smiling, down to earth employees here which made me feel so comfortable and at ease :) 5 stars from me!

I had another pleasant office visit to Balcones Family Dental this week. The office staff is friendly and helpful. My Dental Hygienist, Kris, is the best. She is friendly, competent and conscientious. Dr. Paul Lounsberry has been my Dentist for the past 30 years!!! If he tells me something needs fixing, I trust him to get it done! I appreciate their services.
Visiting on rec. from Dr. Lee Clitheroe in Houston, I was so pleased with the care I received from Dr. Lounsberry and Suzanne-? (if my memory serves me correctly). Both were so attentive and welcoming. I appreciate their care and overall professionalism from this entire office. Thank you. Stephanie
I have been a patient of Dr. Paul for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I love his entire stafff. They are the best.
She was excellent in cleaning my teeth. Quick and gentle at the same time.
Kris was very professional, skilled, and thorough in cleaning, sanding, and polishing the stains and grit off my teeth. I hope to see her on my next cleaning.
